At FaceChanted, we stand behind the quality of our faux mink eyelashes and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the unused item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products due to hygiene and safety concerns. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@facechanted.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.
